补肾活血促排卵汤治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究在肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者中采用补肾活血促排卵汤的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2022年1月于聊城市茌平区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心中医妇科治疗的肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者124例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(62例)和观察组(62例)。对照组采用西药常规治疗,观察组在西药常规治疗的基础上给予补肾活血促排卵汤治疗。记录并对比2组患者的排卵率,干预前后的促卵泡激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平以及卵巢体积。结果观察组排卵率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后的FSH水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后的T、LH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预3个月后的卵巢体积小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者中采用补肾活血促排卵汤可提高患者的排卵率,改善患者的性激素水平以及缩小卵巢体积。Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Cupailuan decoction in infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 124 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=62)and observation group(n=62).The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Cupailuan decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.The ovulation rate,sex hormone levels follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),luteinizing hormone(LH)and ovarian volume before and after intervention were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The ovulation rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of FSH in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 3 months of intervention(P<0.05).The levels of T and LH in the observation group after 3 months of intervention were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ovarian volume of the observation group after 3 months of intervention was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,Bushen Huoxue Cupailuan decoction can improve the ovulation rate,improve the level of sex hormone and reduce the volume of ovary.
