从脾虚湿瘀论治1型糖尿病急性痛性神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨从脾虚湿瘀论治1型糖尿病急性痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法采用健脾化湿、活血利水、通络止痛法治疗青岛市中医医院内分泌科就诊的符合研究标准的1型糖尿病急性痛性神经病变患者3例,比较3例患者的一般资料及医治前后指标。结果3例患者经3周医治后,均临床缓解,疼痛积分明显改善。结论从脾虚湿瘀论治1型糖尿病急性痛性神经病变疗效尚可,在临床有借鉴意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of acute painful neuropathy of type 1 diabetes from spleen deficiency and dampness stasis.Methods Three patients with acute painful neuropathy of type 1 diabetes who met the research criteria were treated in endocrinology department of Qingdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine by invigorating the spleen and changing dampness,promoting blood circulation and invigorating blood circulation and relieving pain.The general data and indexes before and after treatment of 3 patients were compared.Results After 3 weeks of treatment,all patients were clinically relieved and their pain scores were significantly improved.Conclusion Treatment of acute painful neuropathy of type 1 diabetes with spleen deficiency and dampness and blood stasis is effective,and it has reference significance in clinic.
