固本清利活血方治疗原发性肾病综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的 研究固本清利活血方治疗原发性肾病综合征的效果。方法 选取96例原发性肾病综合征患者作为研究对象,由入院时间先后分组,对照组48例予常规疗法,观察组48例予固本清利活血方联合常规疗法医治,对比2组临床疗效、中医证候积分和肾功能水平。结果 治疗前,2组患者肾功能(24 h尿蛋白定量、血浆白蛋白、血肌酐)水平及中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐水平、中医证候积分明显低于对照组,而血浆白蛋白水平、治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 固本清利活血方治疗原发性肾病综合征具有显著的临床疗效,能有效提高肾功能,及时改善水肿、蛋白尿等症状,不良反应发生率低。Objective To study the effect of Guben Qingli Huoxue recipe on primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods 96 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were selected as the research objects.According to the admission time,48 patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy and 48 patients in the observation group were treated with Guben Qingli Huoxue recipe combined with conventional therapy.The clinical effect,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and renal function level of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there was no difference in renal function(24-hour urinary protein,plasma albumin,serum creatinine)and syndrome score score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 24-hour urinary protein,serum creatinine level and TCM syndrome score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the plasma albumin level and treatment efficiency were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guben Qingli Huoxue recipe has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.It can effectively improve renal function,timely improve edema,proteinuria and other symptoms,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
