挑治法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨挑治法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的治疗效果。方法选取深圳市罗湖区中医院2019年6月—2021年6月60例儿童慢性扁桃体炎患者,将其按照数字双盲随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组给予挑治法,每周1次,5次为1个疗程,共2个疗程;对照组予口服头孢克洛干混悬剂,5 d为1个疗程,服5 d后,停药2 d,再服5 d,共2个疗程。观察2组治疗前后症状体征积分变化及有效率。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在咽痛、咽阻塞感、扁桃体充血、扁桃体分泌物、口臭方面有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组扁桃体肥大改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论挑治法治疗儿童慢性扁桃体炎的方法简便、有效,在改善咽痛、口臭、缩小扁桃体等方面可收到较好的效果,该方法简单安全,患儿症状体征改善明显,便于推广。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of picking therapy in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis in children.Methods A total of 60 children with chronic tonsillitis from June 2019 to June 2021 in Luohu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and they were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases.The treatment group was given picking therapy once a week,five times a week for a course of 2 courses.In the control group,cefaclor dry suspension was given orally for 5 days for a course of treatment.After taking it for 5 days,the drug was stopped for 2 days and then taken for 5 days for a total of 2 courses.The change of symptom and sign integral and the effective rate were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group had improvement in sore throat,blocked sensation of Pharynx,hyperemia of Tonsil,secretion of tonsil and Halitosis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of Tonsillar hypertrophy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Picking therapy is simple and effective in treating children's chronic tonsillitis,and has good effects in improving sore throat,bad breath,snoring,shrinking tonsil,etc.,and is easy to promote.
