火针结合艾灸治疗热毒蕴结型浆细胞性乳腺炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析火针结合艾灸治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的热毒蕴结型浆细胞性乳腺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组给予抗生素治疗,观察组给予火针结合艾灸治疗,观察2组患者证候、一般症状、疼痛改善情况及总有效率并进行比较。结果观察组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候疗效积分均低于治疗前(P<0.01),且观察组低于治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组治疗后VAS评分均低于治疗前评分(P<0.01),且观察组下降程度更明显(P<0.01)。结论火针结合艾灸能有效治疗热毒蕴结型浆细胞性乳腺炎,改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,作为理想的治疗方法值得在临床进行推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with moxibustion in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis.Methods 60 cases of plasma cell mastitis of heat toxin accumulation type were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group was treated with antibiotics,and the observation group was given fire needle combined with moxibustion.The syndromes,general symptoms,pain improvement and total effective rate of two groups were observed and compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was which was higher than that of the control group.After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The pain score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Fire needle combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with plasma cell mastitis of heat toxin accumulation type,improve the quality of life of patients,as an ideal treatment method is worthy of clinical application.
