摘 要:钢绞线斜拉索和平行钢丝斜拉索构造不同,引起风致振动特性和减振需求也不同。为给斜拉索振动控制设计提供依据,对比国内外规范中关于斜拉索阻尼减振指标的规定,分析不同参数对钢绞线斜拉索和平行钢丝斜拉索减振指标的影响,以2座典型桥梁为背景,对比分析钢绞线斜拉索和平行钢丝斜拉索的阻尼减振措施。结果表明:《斜拉索外置式黏滞阻尼器》(JT/T 1038—2016)和欧洲规范CIP-2002、FIB-2005采用特定阻尼对数衰减率δ控制斜拉索风雨振,而美国规范PTI-2018采用质量阻尼参数S_(c)≥10控制斜拉索风雨振,质量阻尼参数考虑因素全面、科学,推荐使用;为了保证斜拉索的减振安全,建议阻尼减振同时满足国内外多个现行规范,平行钢丝斜拉索采用δ≥3%作为阻尼减振指标,钢绞线斜拉索的阻尼减振指标建议按照PTI-2018根据索的参数和气动措施情况进行选择;博斯普鲁斯海峡三桥钢绞线斜拉索阻尼器尺寸偏大,安装阻尼器后斜拉索的面内阻尼对数衰减率为4%和6%,可满足低阶大幅振动控制要求;沪苏通长江公铁大桥平行钢丝斜拉索振动模态丰富,采用2种阻尼器协同减振,实现多模态振动控制,控制中、低阶大幅振动的外置式阻尼器尺寸设计巧妙,体量较小。For the stay cables consisting of steel strands and stay cables composed of parallel steel wires,the characteristics of wind-induced vibrations as well as the vibration mitigation requirements are different.In this paper,the vibration damping indexes prescribed in the External Viscous Fluid Damper for Stay Cables(JT/T 1038-2016),CIP-2002,PTI-2018 and fib-2005 are compared,and the influence of various parameters on the vibration damping indexes of the two types of stay cables is analyzed.The Third Bosphorous Bridge and the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Changjiang River Rail-cum-Road Bridge are used as cases to analyze the vibration damping measures for the two types of stay cables.The findings of the research indicate that in the JT/T 1038-2016,CIP-2002 and fib-2005,the logarithmic decrement is regarded as a control index for rain-wind induced vibrations,but in PTI-2018,Scruton number is suggested the index for the control of rain-wind induced vibrations,namely S_(c)≥10,and the Scruton number comprehensively considers the influential parameters,which is a recommended option.To ensure the vibration damping safety of stay cables,the damping effect for stay cables must meet the requirements of multiple current specifications,both national and international,in this regard,the vibration damping index for the stay cables consisting of parallel steel wires requiresδ≥3%,while the damping vibration index for the stay cables composed of steel strands can be selected in accordance with the parameters of the stay cables and the corresponding aerodynamic measures,referencing PTI-2018.The dampers for the stay cables of the Third Bosphorous Bridge are relatively larger,before and after the installation of dampers,the in-plane damping logarithmic decrements of the stay cables are 4%and 6%,respectively,meeting the control requirements of lower-mode large-amplitude vibrations.In the Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Changjinag River Rail-cum-Road Bridge,abundant vibration modes were observed,as a result,two types of dampers are used collabora
