摘 要:为更高效、智能地分析斜拉索的可靠度,结合果蝇优化算法(FOA)和支持向量回归(SVR)提出FOA-SVR响应面法,用于拟合斜拉索的隐式非线性功能函数,并提出关联系数以提高算法的寻优能力和智能性,同时提出PQN法以快速求解可靠指标,得到基于FOA-SVR响应面法的斜拉索可靠度分析方法。结合算例将该方法与传统方法进行对比验证,该方法的精度较高,总体运算效率可提升92%。采用该方法对某独塔斜拉桥斜拉索进行可靠度分析,结果表明:该方法在斜拉索可靠度分析中具有良好的适用性,平均运算效率提高90%,同时人工调试量少,对不同斜拉索通用性强,智能化程度高;独塔斜拉桥在汽车荷载右跨满布时,右跨最长索可靠度最低,但右跨其余斜拉索可靠度相较左跨对称斜拉索更高;对于右跨最长索的可靠指标,影响程度较大的随机变量依次为斜拉索的强度、弹性模量和截面面积。In this paper,the FOA-SVR response surface method that is developed based on Fruit Fly Optimization Algorithm(FOA)and support vector regression(SVR)is presented,which can efficiently and intelligently analyze the reliability of stay cables.On this basis,the non-linear implicit performance function of the stay cables is fitted,and correlation coefficients are proposed to improve the algorithm′s optimization ability and intelligence level,at the same time,the PQN method is proposed to rapidly obtain the reliability indexes,as a result,the method to analyze the reliability of stay cables based on FOA-SVR response surface method is attained.Together with examples,the method proposed is compared with traditional methods for verification,which proves that the calculation accuracy of the new method is higher,and the overall calculation efficiency can be improved by 92%.The method has been applied to the reliability analysis of stay cables of an existing single-pylon cable-stayed bridge.The results show that the method is applicable to the reliability analysis of stay cables,resulting in 90%increased calculation efficiency and minimized manual adjustment.The method can be used for reliability analysis of different types of stay cables and reveals higher level of intelligence.When the right span of the single pylon cable-stayed bridge is fully under vehicle loads,the reliability of the longest stay cable in this span is the lowest,but the reliability of the remaining stay cables in the right span is generally higher than that of the symmetric stay cables in the left span.The reliability indexes of the longest stay cable in the right span are mainly related to three random variables,sequentially the stay cable strength,elastic modulus and cross-sectional area.
