摘 要:从煤成型性理论分析入手,分析研究了影响型煤强度的主要因素,尤其是晋城无烟煤作为型煤加工的原料煤,其粒度组成、粒度级配和备煤过程中外加水分对型煤强度的影响。研究结果表明,适宜的成型水分和粒度组成能够使原料密实堆积,进而提高型煤的强度,当晋城无烟煤粒度小于1.5 mm时,型煤的冷热强度最好;当粒度小于3 mm时,情况次之,但综合考虑破碎效率及生产成本后,成型粒度选择小于3 mm较为合适,晋城无烟煤适宜的粒度级配为1.5 mm以下细颗粒,占比在77%左右;适宜的成型水分可提高型煤强度,晋城无烟煤与膨润土黏结剂组合最适宜的成型水分为11%~12%。A theoretical analysis of coal compactibility was conducted to figure out the main factors influencing the strengths of briquettes,especially for the influences of particle size composition,particle size gradation and added water during coal preparation of Jincheng anthracite used as raw coal for briquette processing on the strength of briquette.The results had shown that the appropriate moisture content and particle size composition of the briquette enabled the raw materials to achieve dense stacking,thereby improving the strength of the briquette.Both the strengths in cold state and hot state were in the best way when the particle size of Jincheng anthracite is less than 1.5 mm.The second best strength came up with the particle size less than 3 mm,which is best suitable for briquetting in industrial scale considering the efficiency of crushing mill and operating costs,and the proportion of the particle below 1.5 mm taking up 77%was the suitable particle gradation for Jincheng anthracite;suitable molding moisture could improve the strength of coal briquettes,and the suitable added moisture for Jincheng coal and bentonite was 11%~12%.
