摘 要:为满足规划中的合肥先进光源的束流位置稳定度达到亚微米量级的要求,设计了分布式快轨道反馈系统。该系统在10 kHz的时钟触发沿下采集束流位置数据,基于Aurora协议和高速光纤设计了两层分布式通信网络传输数据,并采用SVD算法和PID控制算法计算校正值控制校正铁。实验测试表明:该分布式快轨道反馈系统的点对点数据传输时间为400 ns左右,高速信号完整性满足要求,通信及算法计算正确,其系统功能和性能指标均达到合肥先进光源要求。In order to meet the requirements of the planned Hefei Advanced Light Facility's beam position stability to reach the sub-micron level,a distributed fast orbit feedback system was designed.The system collects beam position data under the trigger edge of a 10 kHz clock.Based on the Aurora protocol and high-speed optical fiber,a two-layer distributed communication network is designed to transmit data,and the SVD algorithm and PID control algorithm are used to calculate the correction value to control the correction iron.Experimental tests show that the point-to-point data transmission time of the distributed system is about 400 ns,high-speed signal integrity meets the requirements,communication and algorithm calculations are stable and correct,and its system functions and performance indicators meet the requirements of Hefei Advanced Light Facility.
