摘 要:目前,利用MC软件模拟γ谱,对γ谱仪进行无源刻度已得到广泛应用。但是存在着γ模拟谱与实测谱在康普顿坪区差异较大的问题,难以将γ模拟谱用于γ谱的定量分析。本研究针对此问题,以NaI(Tl)探测器γ谱的MC模拟为主要研究内容,对不同能量、不同条件的γ模拟谱与实测谱进行了对比分析,建立了NaI(Tl)探测器γ模拟谱的修正方法,得到了不同能量、不同条件下的γ模拟谱康普顿坪区的修正因子。经修正,γ模拟谱与实测谱在康普顿坪区的最大相对偏差不超过±2.38%。将所建修正方法用于NaI(Tl)探测器的γ谱分析,不仅能缩短γ谱的测量时间,也能大幅提高MC方法用于γ谱解析的准确度。At present,it has been widely used to simulate γ spectrum with MC software and carry out passive calibration for spectrometer.However,there is a big difference between the simulated spectrum and the measured γ spectrum in the Compton continuum,so it is difficult to use the simulated γ spectrum for the quantitative analysis of spectrum.There is a big difference between the simulated spectrum and the measured spectrum in the Compton continuum,so it is difficult to use the simulated gamma spectrum in quantitative analysis of the spectrum.To solve this problem,this thesis is focused on the M-C simulation of the gamma spectrum with Nal(TI)detector.The simulated γ spectrums with different energies and different conditions are simulated and compared with the measured spectrums.The correction method of the simulated spectrum of the Nal(TI)detector is established,and the correction factors of the Compton continuum in γ simulated spectrums under different energies and conditions are obtained.After the correction,the maximum relative deviation between the simulated spectrum and the measured spectrum in the Compton continuum is less than±2.38%.The proposed correction method can not only shorten the measurement time of the γ spectrum but also greatly improve the accuracy of the MC method for γ spectrum analysis.
