摘  要:为完成近距治疗^(192)Ir放射源参考空气比释动能率的绝对测量,利用搭建的参考辐射场,对复合损失修正、杆散射修正、极性修正等三个修正因子进行了测试。复合损失修正、杆散射修正和极性修正的测量结果分别为1.0018、0.9965和1.0014;同时对测量结果的不确定度进行了评估,三个修正项的不确定度分别为0.020%、0.101%和0.108%。三项修正因子的测量完成,为近距离治疗^(192)Ir放射源参考空气比释动能率的绝对测量工作打下基础,为高剂量率近距离治疗质量控制体系的建立提供数据支撑。For accomplishing brachytherapy of the absolute measurement of reference air kerma rate for ^(192)Ir radioactive sources,by using the constructed reference radiation field,three correction factors such as compound loss correction,rod scattering correction and polarity correction are tested.The measurement results of compound loss correction,rod scattering correction and polarity correction are 1.0018,0.9965 and 1.0014,respectively;meanwhile,the uncertainty of the measurement results is evaluated,and the uncertainties of the three correction terms are 0.020%,0.101%,0.108%.The completion of the measurement of the three correction factors lays the foundation for the absolute measurement of the reference air kerma rate of the 12Ir radioactive source in brachytherapy,and provides data support for the establishment of the high-dose rate brachytherapy quality control system.
