摘 要:电动振动台用于检验产品可靠性,其电源性能的优劣直接决定了检测结果的准确性。针对振动台电源在宽频率范围输出时存在稳态误差大、误差收敛速度慢的问题,此处采取改进比例+重复(PIMR)控制策略。以单相桥式逆变电路作为振动台电源的结构,深入研究了输出频率在50 Hz~1 kHz范围内逆变电源的特性。在传统PIMR控制的基础上增加输入前馈的系统结构,并对控制器参数进行优化设计,有效降低了系统在较宽频率内的跟踪误差。最后,仿真及实验表明所提控制策略能有效提升振动台电源的输出性能。The electric vibration table is used to test the reliability of products and its power performance directly determines the accuracy of the test results.In view of the problems of large steady-state error and slow error convergence when the vibration table power supply is output in a wide frequency range,an improved proportional+repetitive(PIMR)control strategy is adopted.Taking the single-phase bridge inverter circuit as the structure of the vibration table power supply,the characteristics of the inverter power supply with the output frequency in the range of 50 Hz-1 kHz are deeply studied.Based on the traditional PIMR control,the system structure of input feedforward is added and the controller parameters are optimized which effectively reduces the tracking error of the system in a wide frequency range.Finally,the simulation and experiment show that the proposed control strategy can effectively improve the output performance of the vibration table power supply.
