摘  要:针对储能系统并转离无缝切换的需求,在在线互动式拓扑的基础上,提出一种可以实现静态开关(STS)快速关断的控制策略。储能系统应用该控制策略可以在电网异常时2 ms内切换至离网运行,解决了在线互动式拓扑应用在三相系统中因自然关断时间超过5 ms而无法为负荷提供不间断供电的问题。此处对STS实现快速关断的原理进行详细分析,对提出的控制策略进行具体阐述,建立了相应的仿真模型,对比了引入控制策略前后在电网侧发生短路的极端情况下的运行差异,最后搭建了一套250 kW实验平台,模拟了电网异常时并网转离网的切换测试。仿真对比结果和实验结果验证了该控制策略的有效性。Based on the line interactive topology,a control strategy is presented that can realize fast turn off of static switch(STS)for energy storage system to meet the requirements of on-grid and off-grid fast switch.By this control strategy,energy storage system can fast switch to off-grid mode in 2 ms to provide uninterrupted power for load when grid is abnormal and overcome the defect that the minimum natural turn off time of line interactive topology is 5 ms in three-phase system.The principle of fast turn off of STS is analyzed in detail and the control strategy is described in detail and the difference of operation result in the extreme case of short on grid side is contrasted between before and after the introduction of this control strategy.By establishing a 250 kW experimental plaform,the experiment of on-grid and off-grid switch is realized by simulating the occasion of grid abnormal.The effectiveness of this control strategy is verified by the simulation and experimental results.
