摘　　要：地位、基本职能职责和作用是中国特色社会主义工会理论若干重大问题的重要内容,是中国特色社会主义工会理论逻辑体系中的重要环节,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和习近平总书记关于工人阶级和工会工作为指导、以新时代中国工运事业和工会工作理论与实践问题为导向,对之做出新的认识与探讨,对于推进新时代中国特色社会主义工会理论体系的构建、完善和发展具有重大意义。本文着重强调了要从中国特色社会主义社会关系体系中认识工会的地位、工会基本职责的确定源于工会性质和基本职能、工会作用的发挥受主客观因素的影响等观点。The status,basic functions and duties are important contents of several major issues as well as important links in the logical system of the theory of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics,which are guided by Xi Jinping's thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and General Secretary Xi Jinping's work on the working class and trade unions,and oriented by the theoretical and practical issues of the cause of Chinese labor movement and trade union work in the new era,it is of great significance to promote the construction,improvement and development of the theoretical system of socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The paper highlights the need to understand the status of trade unions in the context of the socialist system of social relations with Chinese characteristics,that the determination of the basic duties of trade unions stems from the nature and basic functions of trade unions,and that the role of trade unions is influenced by subjective and objective factors.
