摘 要:近年来,越来越多的企业采用劳动合同之外的用工形式,新业态企业“去劳动关系化”现象凸显。企业用工形式的变化挤压了依法用工企业发展空间,容易损害劳动者的保障权益,给劳动法律实施带来新情况、新问题。应对这一变化,需要提升我国劳动法律实施效果,建立良好用工秩序,发展和谐劳动关系,进而推动高质量就业。In recent years,more and more enterprises have adopted forms of employment other than labor contracts,and the phenomenon of"labor-relationship trivialization"of enterprises in new industries has become prominent.The change in the form of employment has squeezed the space for the development of enterprises employing workers in accordance with the law,easily undermining the protection of workers'rights and interests and bringing new situations and problems to the implementation of labor laws.To cope with this change,it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of labor laws,establish a good order of employment,develop harmonious labor relations,and thus promote high-quality employment.
