摘  要:简述了变频器主电路和相关原理,基于ACPL-332J芯片详细设计了变频器全控型功率元件IGBT驱动及其故障保护电路;将其与ABB公司5SNA0800J450300型号的IGBT连接,应用在3300 V矿用变频器中。结果表明:该驱动电路可靠性高、适应性强,可以在中压大功率传动方面得到广泛地应用。The main circuit and related principles of inverter are briefly described in this paper,and then the IGBT driver and its fault protection circuit are designed in detail based on ACPL-332J chip.It is connected with 5SNA0800J450300 IGBT of ABB and applied in 3300 V mine frequency converter.The results show that the drive circuit has high reliability and adaptability,and can be widely used in medium voltage and high power transmission.
