摘　　要：目的:设计一款用于婴儿培养箱的无管路“迷宫式”蒸汽加湿系统,以为婴儿培养箱提供稳定的湿度环境。方法:该系统由水盒、加热管、加热套筒、隔热套筒、隔音槽及红外线水位报警器、过热保护器等组成,其中加热套筒、隔热套筒和加热管构成加热组件整体插入水盒内部。通过隔音槽内部设计的数个间距不等的栅格实现隔音和对蒸汽的减压,采用控制面板、霍尼韦尔HIH-5030-001传感器、STC15F2K60S2系列单片机实现湿度控制,采用红外线水位报警器、过热保护器等实现自动报警、自动切断加热电源功能。结果:该系统在相对湿度设置为60%和70%时的控制精度偏差均在1%以内,相对湿度设置为80%时的控制精度偏差在3%以内,相对湿度设置为90%时的控制精度偏差在5%以内,而且将相对湿度设置为60%、70%、80%、90%时婴儿培养箱的温度均符合JJF 1260—2010《婴儿培养箱校准规范》要求。结论:该系统便于拆卸、清理、消毒,能够充分满足高湿度环境、精准恒定湿度控制等临床应用需求。Objective To design a labyrinth-type steam humidification system without pipeline to provide a stable humidity environment for infant incubators.Methods A labyrinth-type steam humidification system without pipeline was developed composed of a water box,a heating tube,a heating sleeve,a heat insulation sleeve,a sound insulation tank,an infrared water level alarm,an overheating protector,etc.The heating sleeve,insulation sleeve and heating tube constituted a heating assembly and then was inserted into the water box.The sound insulation tank was equipped with several grids with unequal spacing inside to achieve sound insulation and decompression of steam.Humidity control was realized with the control panel,Honeywell HIH-5030-001 sensor and STC15F2K60S2 series microcontroller,and automatic alarm and automatic power off were implemented with the infrared water level alarm and overheating protector.Results The system's control accuracy deviation was within 1% when the relative humidity was set to 60% and 70%,within 3% when the relative humidity was set to 80%,and within 5% when the relative humidity was set to 90%.The temperature of the baby incubator when the relative humidity was set to 60%,70%,80% and 90% all complied with JJF 1260—2010"Calibration specification for baby incubator".Conclusion The labyrinth-type steam humidification system without pipeline is easy to disassemble,clean and disinfect,and can meet the requirements of high humidity environments or precise and constant humidity control.
