摘  要:目的:为融合病例管理和病例随访功能,设计一种骨科病例随访数据库系统。方法:该系统采用MS SQL Server 2012 R2作为数据库,采用浏览器/服务器(Browser/Server,B/S)架构和MVC(Model-View-Controller)3层架构设计,基于Visual Studio 2017开发环境和C#语言开发。整个系统包括病例管理、随访管理和数据管理3个功能模块。结果:该系统可以成功地应用于腰椎退行性疾病和髋部疾病研究中,降低传统随访工作的烦琐性,提高数据录入的准确性,有利于了解某种疾病在个体上的演变过程。结论:该系统为研究骨科疾病提供了工具,有利于提高骨科疾病的临床诊疗水平和医师的决策能力。Objective To design an orthopaedic case follow-up database system with the functions of case management and follow-up.Methods An orthopaedic case follow-up database system with MS SQL Server 2012 R2 as the database was designed with B/S architecture and Model-View-Controller(MVC)3-tier architecture and developed with Visual Studio 2017 development environment and C#language.There were three functional modules involved in the system for case management,follow-up management and data management.Results The system developed facilitated the follow-up and data input during the studies on lumbar degenerative diseases and hip diseases,and helped understand the evolution of a disease on an individual basis.Conclusion The system developed can be used for studying,diagnosing and treating orthopaedic diseases while enhancing the doctor's ability for clinical decision making.
