摘　　要：分析了在门诊医生使用的多系统中深度应用智能语音技术的必要性,阐述了将智能语音技术集成应用到门诊医生工作站、门诊电子病历系统和门诊产科专科信息系统中的关键技术及硬件设备选型,介绍了语音指令和关键词识别、语音指令扩展以及语音医学文本识别的实现方法,指出了智能语音技术与门诊多系统的深度融合有效提高了医生的工作效率。The necessity of deep involvement of intelligent speech technology in outpatient multi systems was analyzed.The key technologies and hardware equipment selection were described for integrating intelligent speech technology into the outpatient physician workstation,outpatient electronic medical record system and outpatient obstetrics specialized information system.The implementation methods were introduced for speech command and keyword recognition,speech command extension and speech medical text recognition.The deep involvement of intelligent speech technology in outpatient multi systems enhanced the doctor's efficiency greatly.
