摘 要:利用腐蚀动力学、腐蚀坑深、表面形貌和腐蚀产物等方法,研究6061铝合金在模拟海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:腐蚀前期,基体表面逐渐出现点蚀坑,附着在基体表面的腐蚀产物对基体起到保护作用,腐蚀速率会随着时间的延长逐渐降低;腐蚀后期,腐蚀产物疏松,对基体的保护作用降低,腐蚀速率逐渐增加,点蚀坑逐渐向横、纵两个方向扩展,6061铝合金的主要腐蚀形态向均匀腐蚀过渡。The corrosion behavior of 6061 aluminum alloy in the simulated marine atmospheric environment was investigated by corrosion dynamics,corrosion pit depth,surface morphology and corrosion product.The results showed that pitting pits gradually appeared on the substrate surface in the early stage of corrosion,and the corrosion products attached to the substrate surface would protect the substrate,and the corrosion rate would gradually decrease with the extension of time.In the later stage of corrosion,the corrosion products was loose,and the protective effect on the substrate was reduced,so the corrosion rate was gradually increase.The pitting pits would gradually expand in both horizontal and vertical directions,and the main corrosion form of 6061 aluminum alloy transited to uniform corrosion.
