摘 要:通过分析热轧、冷轧全流程工艺参数,研究了冷轧无取向硅钢阻尼厚度波动的产生原因。结果表明,带钢酸洗不净,氧化铁皮残留带钢表面导致冷轧轧机打滑,是造成阻尼厚度波动的直接原因。通过优化热轧卷取温度以降低酸洗难度,优化冷轧拉轿工艺、酸洗速度和轧辊粗糙度来提高酸洗质量,进而阻尼厚度波动问题得到有效解决。The causes of damping thickness fluctuation of cold rolled non-oriented silicon steel were studied by hot rolling and cold rolling process parameters.The results showed that the direct cause of the damping thickness fluctuation was the unclean pickling of the strip,and the surface of the strip steel with residual iron oxide scale led to the slipping of the cold rolling mill.By optimizing the coiling temperature of hot rolling to reduce the pickling difficulty,and optimizing the cold rolling sedan process,pickling speed and roll roughness,etc.to improve the pickling quality,the problem of damping thickness fluctuation was effectively solved.
