摘 要:对疲劳寿命异常的重载钩舌进行化学成分、力学性能、金相组织、射线及磁粉探伤、断口等检测和分析。结果表明,在钩舌的疲劳断口和拉伸断口处发现多处显微裂纹和显微缩松,尺寸均在300μm以下;其余各项检验结果均符合相关标准要求。这类显微缺陷可能是导致钩舌疲劳性能偏低的主要原因。并提出预防措施和改进建议,可有效避免重载钩舌的疲劳寿命出现异常。The chemical composition,mechanical property,microstructure,radiographic and magnetic particle flaw detection,fracture of the heavy-load coupler knuckle with abnormal fatigue life were measured and analyzed.The results showed that a amount of microcracks and microshrinkage were found in the fatigue fracture and tensile fracture of the coupler knuckle,with the size generally below 300μm.Other inspection results were in line with relevant standards.Such micro-defect might be the main cause for the lower fatigue performance of the coupler knuckle.Preventive measures and improvement suggestions were put forward to effectively avoid abnormal fatigue life of heavy-load coupler knuckle.
