摘　　要：真空炉不仅是热处理特种加工设备,同时也是大型电气自动化设备。本文对真空炉设备发生的加工零件变色故障和PLC数据丢失故障进行详细阐述,并提出真空炉预防性维护建议。The vacuum furnace is not only a special processing equipment for heat treatment,but also a large electrical automation equipment.In this paper,the discoloration failure of processed parts and PLC data loss failure of vacuum furnace equipment are described in detail,and the preventive maintenance suggestions for vacuum furnace are proposed.
