针灸联合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的 研究针灸联合康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 随机选取2018年1月—2022年1月厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的60例小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍患者,应用随机数表分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。给予对照组康复训练,观察组在此基础上加以针灸治疗。比较两组患儿症候积分、运动功能、临床疗效及生活质量。结果 治疗后与对照组比较,观察组证候积分更低,运动功能水平、SF-36评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05)。结论 对小儿脑瘫运动功能障碍者进行针灸联合康复治疗可获得显著疗效,不仅能有效改善发育迟滞等症状,还能提高运动功能及生活质量。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy.Methods Sixty children with cerebral palsy and motor dysfunction admitted to Women and Children's Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January 2018 to January 2022 were random selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given acupuncture treatment on the basis of this.Symptom scores,motor function,clinical efficacy and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the syndrome score of the observation group was lower,and the motor function level and SF-36 score were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of control group(73.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with rehabilitation therapy for motor dysfunction in children with cerebral palsy can obtain significant curative effect,not only effectively improving symptoms such as developmental retardation,but also improving motor function and quality of life.
