中医外治法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的研究进展

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症(lumbar disc herniation,LDH)是一种腰椎间盘退行性改变刺激神经根,进而引起腰部疼痛或下肢放射痛的脊柱病。现代医学认为其发病机理有机械压迫学说、化学性神经根炎学说和自身免疫学说3个方面,但是传统医学治疗LDH的作用机制仍未明确。LHD在中医中属于“痹症”的范畴,以中医学基本原理为前提,以脏腑经络学说为理论基础的中医外治法对LHD症状的效果显著。目前常用于治疗LDH的外治法有针刺、推拿、艾灸、熏蒸、塌渍、放血等,相对于手术治疗中医外治疗法具有低不良反应、低费用、高患者接受率等优势。本文主要对中医外治疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果进行归纳总结。Lumbar disc herniation(LDH)is a spinal disease in which degenerative changes in the lumbar intervertebral disc stimulate the nerve heel,which in turn causes low back pain or radiating pain in the lower extremities.Modern medicine believes that its pathogenesis has three aspects:mechanical compression theory,chemical radiculitis theory and autoimmunity theory,but the mechanism of action of traditional medicine treatment of LDH is still unclear.LHD belongs to the category of"arthritis"in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the basic principles of traditional Chinese medicine and based on the theory of viscera and meridians,the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has a significant effect on LHD symptoms.At present,the external treatment methods commonly used to treat LDH include acupuncture,massage,moxibustion,fumigation,subsidence,bloodletting,etc.Compared with surgical treatment,TCM external treatment has the advantages of low adverse reactions,low cost,and high patient acceptance rate.This article mainly summarizes the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine external therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
