摘  要:根据地区气候优势,在30万a氯乙烯精馏装置中采用湿式空冷器替代列管式换热器用于氯乙烯冷凝,对比了两种工艺的运行效果和运行费用,结果显示湿式空冷器工艺能耗低,碳排放少,具有显著的经济效益。According to the regional climate characteristics,a wet type air cooler was used in a 300 kt/a vinyl chloride distilation unit to replace a tubular heat exchanger for vinyl chloride condensation.The oper-ating effects and costs of the two processes were compared.The results showed that the wet type air cooler process had low energy consumption,low carbon emissions,and significant economic benefits.
