加味当归补血汤对结直肠癌术后化疗患者免疫功能、骨髓功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察加味当归补血汤对结直肠癌术后化疗患者的疗效。方法选取2021年2月—2022年2月聊城市中医医院收治的结直肠癌术后化疗患者66例,按入院编号分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组采取FOLFOX(奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶)方案,观察组基于FOLFOX方案加用加味当归补血汤。对比两组外周血细胞、骨髓抑制程度、T细胞亚群水平。结果治疗前,两组白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、血小板(PLT)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组WBC、RBC、HB水平比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PLT水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组骨髓抑制发生率为45.45%,低于对照组的69.70%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.970,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平比对照组更高,CD8^(+)水平更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味当归补血汤可减轻、改善骨髓抑制,降低外周血指标水平,有效提升机体免疫功能。Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of modified Danggui Buxue decoction on patients with colorectal cancer treated with postoperative chemotherapy.Methods From February 2021 to February 2022,66 patients with colorectal cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by admission number,with 33 patients in each group.The control group received the FOLFOX regimen(oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+fluorouracil),while the observation group received the modified Danggui Buxue Decoction based on the FOLFOX regimen.The peripheral blood cells,degree of bone marrow suppression,and T-cell subsets level were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of white blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(HB),and platelets(PLT)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of WBC,RBC,and HB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PLT levels between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of bone marrow suppression in the observation group was 45.45%,which was lower than 69.70% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.970,P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Danggui Buxue decoction can alleviate and improve bone marrow suppression,reduce peripheral blood index levels,and effectively enhance the immune function of the body.
