乌梅丸加减在湿瘀滞证黄疸治疗中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析对于湿瘀滞证黄疸患者而言,采用乌梅丸加减治疗的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年11月吉林省吉林中西医结合医院收治的80例湿瘀滞证黄疸患者为研究对象,以数字随机法分为对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组采用常规基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上叠加乌梅丸加减治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为97.50%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组症状积分(4.38±2.56)分、体征积分(3.46±2.78)分低于对照组的(9.26±3.38)分、(8.29±2.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.279、8.141,P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应总发生率为7.50%低于对照组的15.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于湿瘀滞证黄疸患者而言,采用乌梅丸加减治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者肺功能指标、缓解临床症状、提高疗效,可行性较高,值得研究。Objective To analyze the clinical value of addition and reduction Wumei pills for patients with jaundice with dampness-stasis syndrome.Methods From January 2020 to November 2021,80 patients with jaundice due to dampness and stasis from Jilin Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Jilin Province were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional basic treatment,and the research group was treated with Wumei pills basis on the control group,to compare the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom score(4.38±2.56)points and physical sign score(3.46±2.78)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group(9.26±3.38)points and(8.29±2.52)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.279,8.141,P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.50%lower than that in the control group 15.00%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion For the patients with jaundice with dampness-stasis syndrome,the addition and reduction Wumei pills has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the lung function index of patients,relieve clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect.The feasibility is high,and it is worth studying.
