摘 要:杆塔加固可以在不拆除原塔的情况下,通过对杆塔关键杆件及节点加固实现原线路安全运行,节约工程成本、减少停电时间。杆塔加固设计工作内容要求较高,既包括原塔验算又包括加固设计,目前尚未有专门的设计费计算标准。根据杆塔设计工作内容测算设计成本,并按照现有设计费文件体系,分别从“拆除后新建”方案设计、“非标准设备”设计两个角度研究设计费计算标准,给出工程案例,为设计院的设计收费计算标准和投资方方案决策提供参考数据。The tower reinforcement project can realize the safe operation of the original line,save the project cost and reduce the power outage time by strengthening the key members and nodes of the tower without dismantling the original tower.However,the requirements of tower reinforcement design are high,including both original tower checking calculation and reinforcement design.At present,there is no special calculation standard of design fee.According to the content of tower design,the design cost is calculated.According to the existing design cost document system,the calculation standard of tower reinforcement engineering design charge is analyzed from the two aspects of“new construction after demolition”design and“non-standard equipment”design,and an engineering case is given.Provide reference data and recommendations for the design fee calculation standard of the design institute and the scheme decision of the investor.
