摘 要:对于内部结构参数、气源与冷却系统确定的介质阻挡放电发生装置,激励电源参数就成了决定放电性能好坏的关键因素。在分析介质阻挡放电负载放电特性的基础上,对高频高压电源的主电路拓扑结构、逆变电路及控制电路等进行了分析与设计,研制了频率为15~50kHz、电压为0~6kV的高频高压电源。利用此电源研究了介质阻挡放电装置臭氧产生的应用效果。实验结果表明,在频率15~17kHz范围内,随着功率的逐渐升高,臭氧浓度逐渐升高及产量逐渐升高,在功率140W时达到最高,浓度为172.6g/cm 3,产量为10.35g/h。在不同频率下,最大能耗效率都出现在较低的输入功率时,且能耗效率随着输入功率的增大而减小。For the medium barrier discharge device with internal structural parameters,gas source and cooling system,the excitation power parameter has become the key factor determining the discharge performance.Based on the analysis of the load discharge characteristics of dielectric barrier discharge,this paper analyzed and designed the main circuit topology,inverter circuit and control circuit of the high-frequency high-voltage power supply,and developed a high-frequency high-voltage power supply with a frequency of 15~50kHz and a voltage of 0~6kV.This power supply was used to study the application effect of ozone generation in the dielectric barrier discharge device.The experimental results show that within the frequency range of 15~17kHz,with the gradual increase of power,the ozone concentration and yield gradually increase,reaching the highest at 140W,with a concentration of 172.6g/cm 3 and a yield of 10.35g/h.At different frequencies,the maximum energy efficiency appears at lower input power,and the energy efficiency decreases with the increase of input power.
