开塞露联合生理盐水深部灌肠在剖宫产术后腹胀中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 研究开塞露联合生理盐水深部灌肠在剖宫产术后腹胀中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2021年1月—2022年11月广西百色市人民医院收治的剖宫产术后腹胀产妇100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将产妇随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组产后在常规操作基础上给予开塞露塞肛,观察组在对照组基础上使用开塞露联合生理盐水深部灌肠。比较两组产妇腹胀缓解的效果。结果 观察组的肛门排气时间、首次排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的腹胀缓解率(100.00%)高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05);观察组的总满意度(96.00%)明显高于对照组(76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 开塞露联合生理盐水深部灌肠可减轻剖宫产术后产妇的腹胀程度,促进剖宫产术后腹胀产妇的肠胃功能恢复,缩短住院时间,有助于提高产妇的满意度,临床应用价值较好。Objective To study the effect of glycerine enema and deep enema combined with normal saline in abdominal distension after cesarean section.Methods 100 postpartum women with abdominal distension after cesarean section admitted to the People's Hospital of Baise City,Guangxi from January 2021 to November 2022 were selected randomly as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,the postpartum women were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group used glycerine enema to plug the anus on the basis of routine operations after delivery,while the observation group was given a combination of Kaiseru and saline deep enema on the basis of the control group.Compared effectiveness of relieving abdominal distension between two groups of postpartum women.Results The observation group had shorter anal exhaust time,first bowel movement time,bowel sound recovery time,and hospitalization time compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the relief rate of abdominal distension in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.353,P<0.05);the overall satisfaction of the observation group(96.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of glycerine enema and saline deep enema can reduce the degree of abdominal distension of the women after cesarean section,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of the women with abdominal distension after cesarean section,shorten the length of hospital stay,help to improve the satisfaction of the women,the clinical application value is good.
