康复护理对自闭症儿童社会交往障碍的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 分析康复护理对自闭症儿童社会交往障碍的影响。方法 方便选取2020年12月—2022年12月期间从福建省立医院74例自闭症儿童社会交往障碍患儿作为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组运用康复护理模式,对照组运用常规护理模式,观察两组患儿康复效果。结果 干预后,观察组各维度自闭症评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组病情缓解率(94.59%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.163,P<0.05);观察组患儿生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与常规护理对比,康复护理在自闭症儿童社会交往障碍中有着重要作用,能够有效改善临床症状,控制病情的发展,同时改善患儿的生活质量。Objective To analyze the influence of rehabilitation nursing on autistic children's social interaction disorder.Methods From December 2020 to December 2022,74 children with autism and social interaction disorders were conveniently selected from Fujian Provincial Hospital as research subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 37 cases in each group.The observation group used rehabilitation nursing mode,while the control group used routine nursing mode,observed the rehabilitation effects of the two groups of children.Results After nursing,the autism scores in all dimensions of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the remission rate of the observation group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.163,P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,rehabilitation nursing plays an important role in the social interaction disorder of autistic children.It can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,control the development of the disease,and improve the quality of life of the children.
