摘　　要：硕士点建设是地方本科高校提升办学水平和层次的重要举措,对于学校学科建设和科学研究具有重要推动作用。文章首先梳理了硕士点建设对地方高校科研工作提出的新要求,在此基础上分析了地方高校科研工作者与管理人员在学科、团队、交流、质量和服务等方面存在的意识问题,最后从学科平台、科研团队、科研项目、科研成果和科研管理等方面提出创新科研工作意识、引领地方高校科研高质量发展的对策建议,为我国地方高校加快推进硕士点建设和科研工作提供策略参考。The construction of master’s programs is an important measure for local undergraduate universities to improve their educational level,and plays an important role in promoting discipline construction and scientific research.The article first outlines the new requirements proposed by the construction of master’s degree programs for the scientific research work of local universities.Based on this,it analyzes the awareness issues of local university researchers and managers in terms of disciplines,teams,communication,quality,and services.Finally,it proposes innovative scientific research work awareness from the perspectives of discipline platforms,scientific research teams,scientific research projects,scientific research achievements,and scientific research management.The countermeasures and suggestions for leading the high-quality development of scientific research in local universities provide strategic references for accelerating the construction of master’s programs and scientific research work in local universities in China.
