摘　　要：为顺应时代发展,我国各地政府正积极推进政府治理数字化转型,江苏省科技创新管理数字化转型工作也迫在眉睫。文章通过对发达国家数字政府建设的发展历程、战略规划、体制机制等方面进行探究,为江苏省科技创新管理数字化转型提供实践参考。In order to comply with the development of the times,local governments in China are actively promoting the digital transformation of government governance,and the digital transformation of innovation management of science and technology in Jiangsu province is also imminent.This paper explores the development process,strategic planning,institutional mechanisms and other aspects of digital government construction in developed countries,providing practical reference for digital transformation of scientific and technological innovation management in Jiangsu province.
