摘　　要：基本公共服务均等化是保障公民生存和发展的基本需要,也是实现区域协调发展的重要路径。基本医疗服务是人们迫切关心的民生问题,是最基本的民生需求。基于地理国情监测成果数据,文章以江苏省地级市为评价单元,采用GIS网络分析等技术,设计了面向基本医疗服务的空间可达性城乡差异分析方法,实现了对医疗机构分布密度和居民居住地到医疗机构最短交通距离的测算,分析评价江苏省各地市基本医疗服务的区域空间差异,为优化医疗机构布局、促进区域协调发展提供借鉴参考。The equalization of basic public services is a fundamental need to ensure the survival and development of citizens,and also an important path to achieve regional coordinated development.Basic medical services are urgent concerns for people’s livelihoods and the most basic needs for people’s livelihoods.Based on the monitoring results of geographical conditions,this paper takes prefecture level cities in Jiangsu province as the evaluation unit,uses GIS network analysis and other technologies to design a spatial reachability urban-rural difference analysis method for basic medical services,realizes the calculation of the distribution density of medical institutions and the shortest transportation distance between residents’residence and medical institutions,analyzes and evaluates the regional spatial differences of basic medical services in various cities in Jiangsu province,and optimizes the layout of medical institutions,provides reference for promoting regional coordinated development.
