摘  要:深化产教融合是应用型本科院校培养高素质应用型人才的重要抓手,结合钱江学院跨境电商微专业培养跨境电商运营类人才的多年实践经验,介绍钱江学院跨境电商微专业人才培养的课程体系和培养机制,从产教融合视角分析了师资队伍、课程建设和教材建设等方面开展跨境电商运营类人才培养的举措,以及下一步建设的思考,旨在为通过微专业培养跨境电商运营类人才的高校提供参考。Deepening the integration of industry-education is an important starting point for the applicationoriented undergraduate colleges to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents.This paper systematically introduces the curriculum system and training mechanism of the cross-border e-commerce micro-specialty of Qianjiang College Hangzhou Normal University based on the years of practical experience.It also analyzes the measures to develop cross-border e-commerce operation talents in terms of teaching staff,curriculum construction and teaching material construction from the perspective of integration of industry-education,and finally points out the existing problems in the training process and the thinking of the next step,aiming to provide reference ideas for universities willing to train cross-border e-commerce operation talents through micro-specialty.
