摘  要:基于压电陶瓷主动传感技术,对GFRP管混凝土组合柱(concrete filled GFRP tube,CFGT)进行损伤监测.制作2组预埋压电智能骨料(smart aggregate,SA)的GFRP管约束混凝土短柱试件,分别进行单调和往复轴压试验,监测其损伤情况.加载过程中采集实时信号,采用小波包能量法和基于均方根偏差的损伤评判指标(damage indicator,DI)等进行损伤评估,发现小波包能量随着荷载的增大明显衰减,而损伤评判指标随着荷载的增大而增大,且在损伤达到一定程度时趋于平稳;组合柱底的小波包能量均大于柱顶的;柱底混凝土晚于柱顶破环;往复加载下的混凝土破坏先于单调加载下的.结果表明,该监测方法能有效识别组合柱在受力时的实时损伤程度,且监测信号的幅值、小波包能量、损伤评判指标均在损伤过程中表现出较好的敏感性.该方法可为该类组合柱在施工、使用过程中的实时损伤研究提供参考.Damage monitoring of concrete filled GFRP tube(CFGT)was carried out based on piezoelectric ceramic active sensing technology.Two groups of GFRP tube confined concrete short column specimens embedded with piezoelectric smart aggregate(SA)were prepared,and monotonic and reciprocating axial compression tests were carried out to monitor the damage.The wavelet packet energy method and damage index(DI)were used to analyze the monitoring signal.It is found that the wavelet packet energy decreases obviously with the increase of load,the damage index increases with the increase of load,and the damage tends to be stable after a certain degree of damage.The wavelet packet energy at the bottom of the combined column is greater than that at the top of the column,the concrete at the bottom of the column is broken later than the top of the column,and the reciprocating loading is earlier than the monotonic loading.The results show that this monitoring method can effectively identify the real-time damage degree of the composite column under stress,and the amplitude of the monitoring signal,wavelet packet energy and damage index show good sensitivity to the damage process.The research results can provide ideas for real-time damage early warning of such composite columns in the construction and use process.
