投入劳动成本对收益分配影响的动态特征分析

摘　　要：收入分配问题是经济学、社会学领域长期关注的焦点,其相关机制有待深入研究.基于动态新凯恩斯主义理论,建立了投入劳动成本转变的主方程,用微分算符的泰勒级数将其转变为概率演化的Fokker-Planck方程,从而获得收益分配的统计理论分析.理论分析结果显示,投入劳动成本的强度因子的增大引起收益分配的随机波动并被非线性放大,增大/减小投入劳动成本的强度因子决定收益分配的稳态分布;若增加投入劳动成本的强度因子大于减少投入劳动成本的强度因子,则平均收益降低.反之,群体收益分配呈偏离尾部的指数分布.The problem of income distribution is the long-term concern in the field of economics and sociology,and its related mechanism needs to be studied.Based on the theory of dynamic new Keynesianism,the main equation of the change of input labor cost is established,and it is transformed into the Fokker-Planck equation of probability evolution by Taylor series of differential operators,so as to obtain the statistical theoretical analysis of income distribution.The theoretical analysis results show that the increase of the intensity factor of input labor cost causes the random fluctuation of income distribution and is non-linearly amplified,and the increase/decrease of the intensity factor of input labor cost determines the steady-state distribution of income distribution.If the intensity factor of increasing the input labor cost is greater than the intensity factor of reducing the input labor cost,the average income will decrease;conversely,the group income distribution shows an exponential distribution deviating from the tail.
