高纯石英原料的选择、评价及提纯潜力研究——以贺兰山黄旗口组为例

摘　　要：通过光学显微镜、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)、电子显微探针(EPMA)及激光剥蚀-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(LA-ICP-MS),对贺兰山黄旗口组石英岩状砂岩的手标本特征、岩石组成及结构、矿物组成、包裹体特征、化学成分、杂质元素及其赋存状态进行多维度研究.结果表明,贺兰山黄旗口组石英岩状砂岩中SiO2的质量分数为97.19%~98.71%,平均值为98.16%;杂质以Al,Fe,K,Ca,Na,Mg,Ti,Mn为主,主要赋存于云母、黏土矿物、长石和各类铁矿物等较易剔除的独立矿物及固体包裹体,具有提纯至4N级(99.99%)石英的潜力.石英晶体内的气液包裹体和晶格杂质虽然含量较低,但特殊的赋存状态增大了矿石提纯的难度,这是制约石英晶体进一步提纯至更高级别的关键因素.By means of optical microscope,inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP),electron probe micro-analyzer(EPMA)and laser ablation plasma mass spectrometer(LA-ICP-MS),the hand specimens characteristics,rock composition and structure,mineral composition,inclusion characteristics,chemical composition,impurity element content and occurrence state of quartzite sandstone of Huangqikou Fm in Helan Mountains were studied.The results show that the mass fraction of SiO 2 in quartzite sandstone of Huangqikou Fm is 97.19%to 98.71%,with an average of 98.16%.The main impurity elements are Al,Fe,K,Ca,Na,Mg,Ti and Mn,which are mainly in independent minerals and solid inclusions such as mica,clay minerals,feldspar and various iron minerals.They are easy to be removed,which means the quartzite sandstone can be purified to 4N high purity quartz.Although the content of gas-liquid inclusions and lattice impurities in quartz crystal is low,its special occurrence state will increase the difficulty of ore purification,which is the key factor restricting the further purification of quartz crystal to a higher level.
