摘 要:研究了硅酸铝作为无机增强材料对膨胀型钢结构防火涂料基本性能和防火性能的影响。根据GB 14907-2018《钢结构防火涂料》的要求测试涂层的基本理化性能,采用模拟大板法测试不同硅酸铝添加量涂层的耐火性能,通过X射线衍射(XRD)仪、同步热分析仪(TG-DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析硅酸铝对涂层耐火性能的影响。结果表明,加入硅酸铝后的膨胀炭层中生成了具有高熔点和黏结作用的Al(PO_(3))_(3),当硅酸铝加入量为20%时,涂层耐火性能最佳,此时耐火温度仅为284.9℃,膨胀炭层孔隙大小和连续性最好,稳定性最强。In this paper,the effect of aluminum silicate as inorganic reinforcing material on the basic properties and fire resistance of fire retardant coatings for expansion steel structure was investigated.According to the requirements of GB 14907-2018"Fireproof Coatings for Steel Structures",the basic physicochemical properties of the coatings were tested.The fire-resistant properties of the coatings with different aluminum silicate additions were tested by simulated large plate method.The effects of aluminum silicate on the fire-resistant properties of the coatings were analyzed by XRD,TG-DSC and SEM.The results show that Al(PO_(3))_(3) with high melting point and bonding is formed in the expanded carbon layer after the addition of aluminum silicate.When the addition of aluminum silicate is 20%,the fire resistance of the coating is the best,and the fire resistance temperature is only 284.9℃.The pore size and continuity of the expanded carbon layer are the best,and the stability is the strongest.
