摘 要:以承德某含磷铁尾矿溢流为原料,选取精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位为指标,探究矿浆pH、捕收剂用量与抑制剂用量3组单因素对含磷铁尾矿磷再选实验的影响,并以此进行响应面优化试验。结果表明,相关系数为0.9894,响应面优化模型可靠;矿浆pH为10.37、捕收剂用量为5.53 kg/t、抑制剂用量为0.54 kg/t时,精矿P_(2)O_(5)品位预测值为29.16%,3次验证试验平均值与预测值相差0.19百分点。利用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、zeta电位、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等方法对试样进行理化表征,探究其浮选机理。FT-IR分析表明捕收剂与矿石发生了键合吸附,使得矿物表面疏水性增强;zeta电位测试显示精矿表面电位下降,说明组合捕收剂与矿物中Ca^(2+)发生了络合反应,增加了磷矿物的可浮性;XPS测试表明尾矿中复配捕收剂增加了矿物表面的疏水基团C=O,进而促进了捕收剂对磷灰石的选择性吸附。A phosphorus-containing iron tailings overflow from Chengde were used as raw materials,and the grade of concentrate P_(2)O_(5)was selected as the index,the effects of pulp pH,collector dosage and inhibitor dosage on the phosphorus reconcentration experiment of phosphoruscontaining iron tailings were investigated,and the response surface optimization experiment was carried out.The results showed that the response surface optimization model was reliable when the correlation coefficient was 0.9894.When the pulp pH ws 10.37,the dosage of collector was 5.53 kg/t,the dosage of inhibitor was 0.54 kg/t,the predicted value of concentrate P_(2)O_(5)grade was 29.16%,and the deviation of average value of three verification experiments was 0.19 percentage.The samples were characterized by FT-IR,zeta potential and XPS to explore the flotation mechanism.FT-IR test showed that the collector and ore were bonded and adsorbed on the mineral surface which enhanced the hydrophobicity.zeta potential test showed that the surface potential of concentrate decreased,indicating that the combined collector reacted with Ca^(2+)in minerals,which increased the floatability of phosphate minerals.XPS test showed that the complex collector in the tailings increased the hydrophobic group C=O on the mineral surface,which promoted the selective adsorption of apatite by the collector.
