摘  要:以钒尾矿为主要原料,配以适量粉煤灰制备多孔陶瓷。考察了钒尾矿用量、烧成温度、保温时间和成型压力等因素对多孔陶瓷性能的影响,得到最佳工艺条件为:钒尾矿用量为75%,烧成温度为1200℃,保温时间为55 min,成型压力为15 MPa。在此工艺条件下,多孔陶瓷抗压强度为4.12 MPa,气孔率为72.6%。本研究为钒尾矿的综合利用提供了一条新途径。Porous ceramics were prepared with vanadium tailings as the main raw materials and adding appropriate fly ash.The influences of the amount of vanadium tailings,sintering temperature,holding time and forming pressure on the properties of porous ceramics were investigated.The optimal technological conditions were obtained as follows:the amount of vanadium tailings was 75%,the sintering temperature was 1200℃,the holding time was 55 min and the forming pressure was 15 MPa.Under these technological conditions,the compressive strength of the ceramics was 4.12 MPa,the porosity was 72.6%.This research provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of vanadium tailings.
