Survey on the Wintering Waterbirds in Wuchang Lake

摘　　要：为准确评价武昌湖作为水鸟越冬地的保护价值,为武昌湖越冬水鸟保护提供参考,笔者对该区域越冬水鸟进行调查。结果显示,该区域共记录越冬水鸟35种27600只,包括IUCN受胁物种9种,国家一级重点保护鸟类4种,国家二级保护鸟类5种;以雁形目鸟类为主;约90%的越冬水鸟和绝大多数濒危保护鸟类均分布在下湖区。分析原因发现,菰的大量生长为武昌湖水鸟越冬创造了有利条件。In this paper,a survey on the wintering waterbirds was made in Wuchang Lake to accurately evaluate the conservation value of the lake as a wintering habitat for waterbirds,so as so provide reference for conservation of wintering waterbirds in the lake.The results showed that a total of 27600 waterbirds of 35 species were recorded,including 9 IUCN(International Union for Conservation of Nature)Red List threatened species,4 Class Ⅱ national protected species and 5 Class U national protected ones.Most wintering waterbirds in the lake belonged to Anserifbrme.About 90%of the wintering waterbirds and most endangered and protected species were distributed in the east-half of the lake where,as an analysis showed,the massive distribution of Zizania caduciflora community provided favorable conditions for the wintering waterbirds.
