摘　　要：通过构建就业质量和充分就业系统评价指标体系,计算出“就业质量指数”和“充分就业指数”来刻画就业质量和就业数量的综合发展水平,之后进一步考察中国就业量质协调发展水平和区域差异。研究结果发现:两系统的综合评价值均呈现出稳定上升的发展趋势,充分就业的综合发展滞后于就业质量但两者差距逐渐缩小;中国就业量与质之间的耦合协调度处于稳步提高的发展时期,就业量与质的耦合协调度省际差异略有缩小并呈现趋好的态势,但中西部和东北区域就业量和质发展的协调度较低,与沿海区域仍存在差距;就业量质协调发展的总体差异在逐渐缩小,全国整体范围的非均衡现象有所减弱,区域间差异是总体差异的主要来源,但大多数区域内差异和区域间差异整体呈下降趋势,区域内和区域间的非均衡态势不断减弱。By constructing an evaluation index system for employment quality and full employment,the“employment quality index”and“full employment index”are calculated to characterize the comprehensive development level of employment quality and quantity.Afterwards,further investigation is conducted on the coordinated development level of employment quantity and quality and regional differences in China.The research results found that the comprehensive evaluation values of both systems showed a stable upward trend,and the comprehensive development of full employment lagged behind the quality of employment,but the gap between the two gradually narrowed.The coupling and coordination between the quantity and quality of employment in China is in a period of steady improvement,and the inter provincial differences in the coupling and coordination between the quantity and quality of employment have slightly narrowed and shown a trend of improvement.However,the coordination between the quantity and quality of employment in the central and western regions and the northeast regions is relatively low,and there is still a gap with the coastal regions.The overall difference in the coordinated development of employment quantity and quality is gradually narrowing,and the overall imbalance phenomenon across the country has weakened.Interregional differences are the main source of overall differences,but most intra regional and inter regional differences are showing a downward trend as a whole,and the imbalance situation within and between regions is constantly weakening.
