企业履行环境责任与利益相关者间的博弈模型分析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的快速发展,整个社会都在呼吁企业积极履行环境责任以实现可持续的发展。经济利益最大化一直是每个企业都想实现的目标,经济利益与环境保护两者之间存在着冲突,但发展的经验和教训越来越让人类意识到必须将两者兼顾发展。利用博弈论的分析方法,从利益相关者角度出发,对企业履行环境责任与利益相关者之间的博弈过程进行了分析,从而为推动企业更加积极主动地履行环境责任提供理论支持,并为实现企业发展与生态环境保护提出了相关的对策建议。With the rapid development of economy and the frequent occurrence of adverse environmental events,the whole society is calling on enterprises to achieve sustainable development and actively fulfill their environmental responsibilities.However,maximizing economic benefits has always been the goal of every enterprise.Although there are conflicts between economic interests and environmental protection,the experience and lessons of development make people realize that we must give consideration to both.This paper uses the analysis method of game theory to analyze the game process between enterprises′performance of environmental responsibility and stakeholders from the perspective of stakeholders,so as to provide theoretical support for promoting enterprises′more active performance of environmental responsibility,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for realizing the common development of enterprises′development and ecological environment protection.
