安徽省护士胰岛素注射知信行现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解安徽省护士胰岛素注射知信行现状及其影响因素。方法:采用中华护理学会糖尿病专业委员会和中华护理学会护理管理委员会设计的知信行问卷,应用问卷星对安徽省4078名护士进行问卷调查。采用多重线性回归分析护士胰岛素注射知信行影响因素。结果:安徽省护士胰岛素注射知识得分为(13.50±2.83)分,信念得分为(17.00±2.57)分,行为得分为(78.90±8.20)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示,护士性别、工作科室、医院等级、是否糖尿病专科护士为知识水平的主要影响因素(R^(2)=0.104,F=52.727,P<0.01);工作科室、工作年限为信念水平的主要影响因素(R^(2)=0.340,F=209.270,P<0.01);而文化程度、工作年限和年龄为行为水平的主要影响因素(R^(2)=0.312,F=263.405,P<0.01)。结论:安徽省护士胰岛素注射知识处于中等水平,信念和行为水平良好。应结合指南和规范开展培训,以提高护士胰岛素注射知信行水平。Objective:To investigate the current situation of nurses'knowledge,belief and practice of insulin injection in Anhui Province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 4078 nurses in Anhui Province using the questionnaire on knowledge,belief and behavior designed by the Diabetes Professional Committee of the Chinese Nursing Society and the Nursing Management Committee of the Chinese Nursing Society.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of nurses'knowledge,belief and practice of insulin injection.Results:The insulin injection knowledge score was(13.50±2.83),the brief score was(17.00±2.57),and the practice score was(78.90±8.20).Results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,work department,hospital level,and whether or not diabetes specialist nurses were the main influencing factors of knowledge level(R^(2)=0.104,F=52.727,P<0.01).Work department and working years were influencing factors of belief level(R^(2)=0.340,F=209.270,P<0.01).Education,working years and age were influencing factors of practice level(R^(2)=0.312,F=263.405,P<0.01).Conclusions:The knowledge of insulin injection among nurses in Anhui Province is at a moderate level,the levels of belief and practice are good.Training should be carried out in conjunction with guidelines and norms to improve nurses'knowledge,belief,and practice of insulin injections.
