摘　　要：目的:调查住院癌症患者护理需求和满意度现状,并分析其影响因素。方法:采用横断面调查设计,以方便抽样方法,抽取嘉兴市某三级甲等医院肿瘤科住院癌症患者135例为研究对象,采用患者一般情况调查表、患者护理需求及满意程度调查表收集资料,分析癌症患者护理需求与护理满意度的影响因素。结果:癌症患者护理需求均分为(3.29±0.71)分,各维度得分较高的是人文关怀和疾病健康信息需求。护理满意度均分为(3.73±0.75)分,各维度得分较高的是安全技术和人文关怀护理,满意度较低的是家庭护理和延续护理。不同职业、不同照顾者的癌症患者护理需求差异有统计学意义,不同照顾者的癌症患者护理满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护人员应根据患者需求及未满足需求情况,提供针对、有效的护理干预,满足患者所需,提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the nursing needs and satisfaction of hospitalized cancer patients,and its influencing factors.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted,and 135 cancer patients hospitalized in the Department of Oncology of a third-grade class-A hospital in Jiaxing were selected as the research objects.The data were collected with the general situation questionnaires,the nursing needs and satisfaction questionnaire.The influencing factors of nursing needs and satisfaction of hospitalized cancer patients was analyzed.Results:The average score of nursing needs of cancer patients was(3.29±0.71),and the higher scores in each dimension were humanistic care and disease health information needs.The average score of nursing satisfaction was(3.73±0.75).The higher scores in each dimension were safety technology and humanistic care nursing,and the lower scores were family nursing and continuing nursing.There were significant differences in nursing needs of cancer patients with different occupations and different caregivers(P<0.05),and there was significant difference in nursing satisfaction of cancer patients with different caregivers(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medical workers should provide targeted and effective nursing intervention according to patients'needs and unmet needs,so as to meet patients'needs and improve patients'quality of life.
