摘　　要：企业创新已逐渐成为推动经济增长和提升科技竞争力的重要因素,加强对企业创新环境评价研究能有效促进企业创新能力的发挥。以鞍山市为例,通过层次分析法和专家打分法,从创新基础、创新经济以及创新资源3个维度构建创新环境评价指标体系,为地方企业创新环境评价提供一种可供借鉴的有效方法。Enterprise innovation has gradually become an important factor to promote economic growth and enhance scientific and technological competitiveness.Strengthening the research on enterprise innovation environment evaluation can effectively promote the development of enterprise innovation capability.Taking Anshan City as an example,this paper constructs an innovation environment evaluation index system based on three dimensions of innovation foundation,innovation economy and innovation resources through analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring,which provides an effective method for local enterprises to evaluate innovation environment.
