新发展格局下宜春打造赣西区域中心城市研究

摘　　要：宜春市自2019年被江西省人民政府明确为“赣西区域中心城市”以来,着力建设新材料、新能源、电子信息等先进制造业基地,规划建设智慧经济产业特色小镇和教体新区;全力打造“省内领先、全国知名”的大数据产业强市,打造5个千亿产业集群。在对宜春市现状和优劣势分析基础上,提出通过完善城市功能,提升经济辐射能力;整合特色资源,增强产业支撑力;优化营商环境,提升要素集聚力;聚集高端要素,促进产业链式发展,改革创新添动力等举措把宜春建成赣西区域中心城市。Since 2019,Yichun city has been defined as the“Western Jiangxi Regional Central City”by the Jiangxi Provincial people's Government,Yichun city has made every effort to speed up the construction of the“Western Jiangxi Regional Central City”,focusing on the advanced manufacturing base of new materials,new energy,electronic information,planning and construction of intelligent economic industrial characteristic town,educational new area;Strive to build a big data industry strong city.The construction of Yichun into the central city of western Jiangxi province needs to be carried out step by step in different target stages,and at the same time perfect the urban function and enhance the economic radiation capacity;Integratingcharacteristic resources to enhance industrial support;Optimize the business environment and increase the concentration of factors of production;Gather high-end elements,promote industrial chain development,reform and innovation to add impetus and other measures.
