内地高校港澳学生心理自立与创业倾向的关系研究

摘　　要：随着内地经济飞速发展以及与港澳交流融合的深入,越来越多的港澳青年来内地就读,并愿意留在内地就业创业,对内地高校的就业创业教育有了更高期待。选取在内地高校就读的港澳学生作为研究对象进行问卷调查,运用SPSS 20.0分析数据,探索内地高校港澳学生心理自立和创业倾向的关系,结果发现,内地高校港澳学生的心理自立和创业倾向及其各维度均存在显著正相关关系,心理自立对创业倾向有显著预测作用。根据研究结果,对内地高校通过提升港澳学生的心理自立水平来提升创新创业能力提出了建议。With the rapid development of the mainland economy and the deepening of exchanges and integration with Hong Kong and Macao,more and more young people from Hong Kong and Macao come to study in mainland universities and are willing to stay in the mainland for employment and entrepreneurship,which will set a still higher expectation on the employment and entrepreneurship education in mainland universities.In this research,Hong Kong and Macao students studying in mainland universities were investigated with questionnaires to explore the relationship between psychological independence and entrepreneurial tendency,SPSS 20.0 software was used for data analysis.The results showed that there was a significant positive correlation between psychological independence and entrepreneurial tendency.Psychological independence had a significant predictive effect on entrepreneurial tendency.Based on the results,some suggestions are put forward for mainland universities to promote innovation and entrepreneurship by improving the psychological independence level of Hong Kong and Macao students study in mainland universities.
